Capitol Necklace Giveaway

We've given away prizes on this site before, but never a one of a kind piece like this Oregon Capitol Soldered Art Pendant, Necklace by local artist Jessica Ramey. This handmade silver charm valued at $95 was inspired by the rich history of Salem and it's role as the capitol of Oregon. To learn more about the necklace click here.
